This week we're joined by Clifton Mitchell, a man who's career in boxing has served him up more experiences than most.

He boxed as a pro, out of the famous Ingle gym, taking the ring moniker of Paddy O'Reilly.

As soon as he hung up the gloves he opened his own gym, the One Nation in Derby, that's going strong 25 years later.

He also started the most successful boxing security firm in the UK.

Oh, and he's been to Neverland to meet Michael Jackson and is on first name terms with Jennifer Lopez and Naomi Campbell.

And luckily, Clifton was happy to tell us about all of it :)
