This is our LAST EPISODE OF SEASON ONE!!! As mentioned in the "Announcements," we'll be taking a short pause (3-4 weeks) before starting back up with Season Two of Dr. Bri Talks Lady Bits. The reason for this pause is to give me more time and space for my newest projects, including the creation of a new 30-day Kegel Camp and sharing my new online course, Overcome Pelvic Pain for Men.
In addition to these big announcements, this is our first Q&A episode! I answer five questions from listeners including: 1) how to improve digestion, 2) exercise and intimacy with pessary, 3) discomfort during intimacy due to prolapse, 4) managing coccyx pain, and 5) the connection between spinal misalignment and pelvic floor dysfunction.
