After her experience as a college athlete, she went on to obtain a dual masters degree in Strength and Conditioning and Nutritional Biochemistry. Jen currently works as a fitness and nutrition coach for a wide range of clientele, including high performance CrossFit athletes. In our conversation with Jen, we discuss her philosophy and approach to health and fitness, the primacy of sleep (and why you need more of it), false information spread by fitness movements, and much more!
