A couple weeks ago, Lorrie and I covered sugar--what it is and how carbohydrates break down into sugar in the body.  Well today, Ingrid and I are offering a practical follow up for those of you who are looking to get sugar out of your internal organs and reset your tastebuds.  Sometimes when we take on a short term detox or cleanse, we become more successful with sticking to the guidelines of our lifestyle diets long term!
