I knew from the moment I met Taylor, she had a story to share, although I had no idea about what or that the pain would run so deep. She has this quiet, fierceness about her, and her wisdom is way beyond her years. On this episode, Taylor opens up the conversation about the tragedy, suicide, and mental health of her father. This loss that she experienced at a tender age of 13, that brought her world tumbling down, also gave her strength. Listen as she explores how NOT feeling impacted her relationship with food, her body, and the role of her love of gymnastics played into the struggle. Taylor is now coaching women to heal their relationship with their body and food, conquer their mindset, reconnect with their body, and live a more soul-based life! YOU are gonna love her, just as much as I do!
About Taylor
Taylor Cope is a Certified Hungry for Happiness Food & Body Freedom Wellness Coach. She spent years struggling with disordered eating and body image issues. She was also a personal trainer frustrated with her inability to sustain a healthy weight even though she had all of the knowledge. The more she personal trained the more she learned that creating healthy lifestyle changes was not that easy for her clients. That the more she talked to them the more their emotions started to surface. That is when she realized to make life lasting changes you have to dig deep and work through all of the unresolved emotional issues and limiting beliefs holding you back. So she made it her mission to not only heal her relationship with her body & food but to help other women do the same.
