Jeff is a bit of a dichotomy. He’s a world-class orchestral player currently with the Philadelphia Orchestra. He’s recorded and performed around the world as a member of internationally acclaimed Empire Brass. But Jeff is also a regularly published satirical cartoonist and a video creator with an absurd sense of humor.
