On this episode, I talk about the consistent trend of recognition for hard work. When we move into a new work environment or duty, we aim to always give 100% or even 110%. We get upset or disappointed when we do not get rewarded or recognized for our hard work and sacrifice when we go above and beyond to produce for others in the same team.
