It has been a long time since we have recorded together the podcast.  On today's podcast we talk about kids and sleep.  Kids across the country have returned to mostly in person education.  This is after a hybrid type of year and an ongoing COVID19 pandemic.  Dr. Daniel Baughn (#danielbaughnpdh) and Dr. Michelle Zetoony (#drzetoony) discuss sleep routines in children.
