Hey everyone, 

This time Leroy and I are sitting down to talk with Ryan Deyo and Mike Goldfuss, Co-founders of The Collective Brewing Project.  This was our first time chatting with one of the Fort Worth breweries and it was a fun one. We talk with Ryan and Mike about some of the interesting funky and sour beers they brew such as the Papaya and Tropic Thunder Green Tea Saisons. We also get into their history of opening Collective and learn about The Collective Bottle Project, their bottle club (which they still have memberships available).  So as always, grab a cold one, hit the play button and enjoy!
