Hey Guys,
Some of you may remember after starting the North Texas show, that I was trying to do a sub-podcast within it called Retro Brew where we talked about the craft beer we were drinking while playing a retro video game. We had gotten 3 episodes in and had recorded a forth, but I never posted it and finally found it again. In this one we had our Friend Robbie over to play me at the NES version of Spy vs Spy while sipping on Ghost Cow Octoberfest from Nine Band Brewery. We are planning on doing more, but I wanted to get this this one posted before forgot again. Hope you all enjoy it!!!
Hey Gang,
Were back with new Ep. and this time we've returned to 3 Nations Brewery to chat with it's founder, Gavin Secchi. We sit down with Gavin to discuss what all has been happening with the brewery since we last talked with him almost three years ago. 3 Nations has been through a lot of changes, one being it's move from, Farmers Branch, to a larger space in Downtown Carrollton. We go over some of the the new beers that they have, what the response has been from their neighbors since moving to Carrollton and even touch a bit upon the keg fridge for the tap room being on the second floor of their new venue. So, grab your ear buds, crack open a cool one, and enjoy!!!
P.S. If your free this Saturday, March 7th, Downtown Carrollton is putting on "TEXFest" which 3 Nations will be taking part of. The event is free and goes from 3:00-9:00 P.M.

We're finally back and almost at the start of the new year. So in a very late fashion..."Happy Late 2020!!!"LOL Here we are with Ep.#22 where we talking to Bobby Diaz, Owner/Brewer of Odd Muse Brewing Company. We chat about such things as finding their location in Farmers Branch, the art that you'll see in their tap-room and eventually on their cans, and just making the jump into starting and running a brewery full-time. So as always, plug in your ear-buds, grab a cold one and hit the play button! Enjoy!!!
Hey Gang,
Welcome back for the newest episode. This time we are chatting with Brian Tiensvold aka Toast, owner of Toasty Bros Brewery. We discuss having worked together very shortly at the same brewery to his now doing alternating proprietorship with Hop and Sting out in Grapevine and brewing more of his own stuff. We also jump into his future plan of one day opening his own establishment in Denton.
So like always, grab your earbuds, crack open a cold one and enjoy!
Hey Gang,
I hope you all are having a great start to 2019. As we are ramping up for a big push for the podcast, I figured it would be cool to do a few mini episodes. So I decided to return to where we first started the podcast and chatted with Jack Ali, Beertender and Head of Marketing for Lonestar Taps and Caps. We get into Jack working for the family business and about some of the events that the company has done of the last couple of years. So grab your earbuds, grab a cold one and enjoy!!!
Hey Everybody,
I hope everyone is having a great and safe holiday season. We’re finally back with a new episode. Back in September, Leroy and I did another road trip episode of the podcast while down in Corpus Christi where we chatted with Edd Adams, Head Brewer of Lorelei Brewing Company. Edd talks to us about the history of the brewery, the different beers they have and about the growing craft beer community they have down there in Corpus. Also we have some announcements about the podcast, which you will here before the show starts. With that said, throw in the ear-buds, crack open a cold open and enjoy!
P.S. We’d like to apologize to Edd and everyone else down at Lorelei. We meant for this ep. to go up in October, but do to some personal things we had to deal with, it’s going up now.
