We all go through busy times in our lives. As musicians, sometimes it feels like we are just going from one gig to the next, or one lesson to the next.
In these times we forget to pause and check in with ourselves to make sure we have everything we need within ourselves to succeed.
Taking inventory NEEDS to be a regular habit in our lives if we want to heal, if we want to create, if we want to find fulfillment in life.
In today's episode I share with you how I have done that in my life, and how I wish that you take the time to invest in yourself and take inventory of what your body, mind and spirit needs, so that you can keep creating as musicians as you want to.
This is a life principle! Trust the Process!
