In this episode I really wanted to bring up the subject of saying no. As women we find ourselves wanting to help others and we find that we say yes out of fear of disappointing others. This is normal, but it doesn't have to be the norm. 

Changing this pattern is something that isn't easy, but once you master this art life will be so much easier.
