The POWER OF CREATION! 🙌

I believe strongly that creation- in whatever modality that is meaningful for you- can provide light and insight (so long that creation is coming from a meaningful way) 🙏

So much of our profession calls us to RESPOND and REACT- and my belief is that with creation- we can step in front of responding/reacting and invest in ourselves.  

✍️Some of my thoughts that I am talking about on the Podcast today- 

  • Invest in yourself- what does creation mean for you? 
  • Create before you consume 
  • Creation reveals your super power- we all have them!  
  • Creation grounds you- focusing on ONE area, ONE thing, realizing that we can be a piece of the puzzle and don't need to be the whole puzzle

    • Go back to 3 day Jumpstart to get a sense of where you feel aligned 
    • Create Create time (know what I mean?)  
    • Reflect on your creation time- how does it make you feel?
