Happy Episode 21! In this episode, I get the chance to host my amazing friend and colleague Leah Sophrin. In this Episode, Leah shares all about her view on Alignment and signs to recognize when you are/are not in alignment with something. She also shares on creative energy/ideas, and designing a life you love. ENJOY!
Leah Sophrin is a speech language pathologist who works with adults and children in her private practice and as an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Consultant at the VOICE AAC Center in Montpelier, VT. Her private practice supports individuals with diverse needs to (re)claim their voice, create connection between their communication and identity, and cultivate a community of support and encouragement for those with unique or challenging communication needs. Leah’s clients include children and adults with autism, down syndrome, individuals who’ve experienced a brain injury or stroke, and individuals who identify as transgender and are seeking to access a voice that allows for the expression of who they are. Leah is co-host of Reframe Your Brain, a podcast where she, Danielle Kent, and guests delve into re-imagining the field of Speech Language Pathology as more creative, energizing, equitable and sustainable.

The POWER OF CREATION! 🙌
I believe strongly that creation- in whatever modality that is meaningful for you- can provide light and insight (so long that creation is coming from a meaningful way) 🙏
So much of our profession calls us to RESPOND and REACT- and my belief is that with creation- we can step in front of responding/reacting and invest in ourselves.
