In the Spirit of giving, Zak has gifted Mike with a viewing of Beginners, a modern love story that is, in part, biographical to Director Mike Mills. Following the passing of his mother Oliver's Father comes out to him as a gay man, and announces that he would like to pursue love in his old age. Things are going well until he is diagnosed with cancer and Oliver has a great deal of things to unpack as he says his farewell and things become even more complicated when he finds what might just be the love of his life.
