I outline seven personal practices to build confidence and competence when speaking on camera, which include practicing regularly, resetting through mindfulness, getting curious about fears, making friends with the camera, being yourself, focusing on the message, and embracing imperfections. I also emphasize the importance of showing up authentically and continuously improving, regardless of mistakes.
