In this episode of the Secret MENS Business podcast we speak to MICHAEL VEE about the importance of connecting with our internal desire to change. He discusses his failures and how he turned them into success.

A self-described Shaved Gorilla, Michael Vee is an artist, an author, a filmmaker, a dog lover and hell of a nice guy.

Just ask anyone.

Armed with a quick wit, a slightly sardonic sense of humor, and a unique perspective, Michael ( Vee to his friends ) is the architect of The Radical Humanist.

He believes the key to recovery lies in helping others.

It’s been instrumental in his own healing and what continues to propel him forward.

”My only goal is to be a little better today than I was yesterday.

And tomorrow, be a little better than I am today.”

That being said, he’s not above going off half-cocked ( sometimes full-cocked )

and making a complete fool of himself if the situation warrants it.

Humor is curative and there are enough embarrassing photos of Vee on the internet to justify that statement.

He lives his life full tilt super boogie and doesn’t understand why anyone would settle for any less.  Hunter S. Thompson said it best, “Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!”

In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, grilling, riding motorcycles, using Oxford commas,  and proving the existence of Bigfoot.

Never one to back down from a challenge or not beat a dead horse,  Vee decided that the world needed just one more podcast.

So here we are.
