At the end of the year, I often like to revisit the topic of gratitude. Gratitude is an energy we can use to shift things, add to things, or help us enjoy things more. Though it's easy to say to ourselves that we should be grateful, I don't think gratitude needs to be a "should" in our lives. All emotions that we feel have a place to exist in our lives and gratitude is something we can practice when we are in any situation. We can feel sadness and have things we are genuinely grateful for too.

Practice with me this week by simply acknowledging things that you are grateful for that you have.
