This week, on episode 158 of the Anybody Can Do This Show, Neighbor and Ralph are joined by Tim Phillips, the Director of the Department of Community Relations and Prevention of Westmoreland County. Tim, a recovering addict who has be sober for over thirty years, has developed programming and provided technical assistance to a wide cross-section of Westmoreland County agencies to implement countywide prevention education, awareness and outreach. Tim has been in the field of Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug treatment and prevention since 1988.  Prior to becoming involved in Prevention he worked in various treatment facilities as a counselor/therapist.  He is a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (C.A.D.C.) Certified Forensics Counselor, SBIRT (Screening & brief intervention to treatment) and a NAADAC Recovery Coach.
