Give them an inch they'll take a mile. It's a phrase thrown around a lot and in a world where we continue to attempt to get equal footing and car for all of the bodies we can it's one people use as a rebuttal a lot. So! I thought where had I heard it before and sit down to tell you my view on the phrase as well as indicating that I've potentially been exploiting that sentiment for most of my life.
