The Cumberland Spaceman is a figure seen in a photograph taken on 23 May 1964 by fireman and photographer Jim Templeton. The photograph shows a background figure wearing what looks like a space suit, that Jim insisted was not visibly present when the photograph was taken. The image has been hotly debated by Ufologists ever since.
