Breath. It is a primal pattern of movement in our bodies.
Let us use it today as a primary tool for relaxation. Take a moment to set yourself up in a comfortable environment; please be free of any thing that may require your conscious thought and awareness like driving.
Witness any negative thoughts that arise and allow them to gradually dissipate; freeing you from anxiety or depression resulting from said thoughts.
