Today we ask the question if healing can be another addiction? Are we jumping from one retreat, book, ceremony to the next without embodying any if it. Are we afraid to feel what's coming up and escaping to the next thing? We need to feel in order to heal but if we keep "healing" we are too busy to really feel it.... Quite the paradox!
