May is Mental Health Awareness Month. While it may be a difficult subject to talk about and challenging to open conversations about because of the stigma that continues to exist surrounding it, the more we acknowledge the importance of mental health, the more understanding and empathetic we can progress as a society. In this episode, we talk through our own struggles with mental health, the stigma behind it especially in Asian cultures and families, and how to support and help those who are experiencing poor mental health.
