People from all over the world share a common language through the power of music. It can make you feel in ways no other thing can. Music provides a means to connect with people, emotions, and yourself whether it be through lyrical masterpieces or through instrumental poetry. We dive into our favorite types of music, how important music is in our lives, and how it's helped create our favorite memories or helped us through hard times.
We are the generation that is molded by social media. We lived through the beginnings of social media and watched it evolve into what it is today. From MySpace to Facebook to Snapchat and now TikTok, social media has forever changed the way we intake information and communicate with each other. It has created a space for creators to share what they love, but it is not without its flaws. In this episode, we talk about the types of social media we consume the most, our favorite accounts, and the pros and cons of social media and how it has almost taken a mind of its own and can be out of our controls.

It's okay to not be okay.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. While it may be a difficult subject to talk about and challenging to open conversations about because of the stigma that continues to exist surrounding it, the more we acknowledge the importance of mental health, the more understanding and empathetic we can progress as a society. In this episode, we talk through our own struggles with mental health, the stigma behind it especially in Asian cultures and families, and how to support and help those who are experiencing poor mental health.
