Hey, I’m back and I’m so excited to be back to the podcast!

I have taken a little break and while I’ve been away a lot has changed, in my personal life, with my kids, my lifestyle and I’m in a really good place, I am the most peaceful and happy and abundant that I have been in forever!

I’m going to be 40 in 6 days of recording this and I have always known that 40’s is going to be my best decade. It’s my time to FULLY unleash my energy, my magic and message to the world.

The word UNLEASH has been coming to me over and over again hence the rebrand of the podcast…Fully unleashed is an energy, a whole vibe; the releasing, the unravelling and revealing of our true nature our fucking potent and magnetic energy and I know there are so many people out there ready to stop holding back and fully unleash NOW!
