Kate Shemirani is a British anti-vaccine activist and former nurse who lost her licence to practise in 2020 for misconduct. She has been labelled a conspiracy theorist by multiple media outlets for her opinions on COVID-19, vaccinations and 5G technology.

Kate describes herself as a "Natural Nurse in a Toxic World" and promotes alternative medicine and treatment, away from the standardised methods of the Nation Health Service.

She was suspended by the Nursing and Midwifery Council in July 2020, in response to complaints that she was spreading conspiracy theories and misinformation about COVID-19 and about vaccines.

A prominent figure in the anti-lockdown marches, Kate was seen as a beacon for leading the charge against draconian measures in place by the UK government.
