The top 5 mistakes podcasters make:

They wait too long too get started.

They focus too much on "process"

They don't consider a co-host.

They don't understand how and why listeners listen

They try to do it all by themselves.

Of all of those, I think #2 and # 4 are the biggest threats to podcast success.
