This is definitely a first for Redwood PowerShow!  This week in particular episode 16 features no guest at all!  My wife, Hope the Hammer was out of town for the week and it turns out her absence threw me off my groove much more than expected.  I fell short on my ability to book a guest for the week.  Regardless, the show must go on.  I cover RPH news by detailing the story it took for me to get a 200 lb kettlebell for the gym.  Strength world news covers speculation on the soon to be released footage of Grant High at Super Training.  To wrap it up we cover recent news in Humboldt County including reports about the Fourth of July celebrations.  It is just me on this episode so it wound up being the shortest episode thus far, regardless I trust you will find it entertaining.  Kick back, relax and enjoy Redwood PowerShow.
