Long Beach was a jam packed weekend! The meat and potatoes of the weekend revolved around the opportunity to finally watch Westside vs. the World, directed by Michael Fahey, as well as a Conjugate U seminar put on by Nate Harvey. This episode does not follow the typical show format. Instead it covers each aspect of the trip as it comes. I had a great workout at MetroFlex gym in Long Beach, and i talk about my opinion of how they run things. The second section covers WestSide vs the World and includes an interview with director Michael Fahey. We end the podcast with a discussion of the Conjugate U seminar.
