Mike: "It was an education piece, that education piece was critical in getting them to change their mindset about us. Because now they knew, "Okay, so it's important you have the man guarding. But when you're in different places around the world, it's good to know you have a travel safety organization that can not just track where you are. But if you're in trouble, get you the heck out of there if necessary"
Mike on how they got credited for millions of dollars worth of sales.
"And we'll show them how we use the technology in an integrated fashion to make us more efficient. And it can be any enterprise that comes in there to watch, doesn't have to be security. The diversion piece on our part was "Okay, if you seal the deal for a three-year license and a $10 million license, obviously your sales you take the credit for but would you give us credit that we helped you seal the deal? And they said yeah."
