Frozen Cucumber Lemonade

8 oz vodka
2 oz fresh lemon juice
6 oz simple syrup (1/2 cup sugar + 1/2 cup water)
2 Tbsp (heaping) fresh mint, chopped
2 Tbsp (heaping) fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon zest
1 cup cucumber, chopped
4-5 cups ice cubes

Blend and enjoy
