Mae is an author, speaker, and Healing Coach/Mentor, specializing in trauma and grief navigation by partnering alongside women as they process hard things. She hosts the The Rainy Day Collective Podcast which is available to listen at many places including Spotify , Apple , and Google Podcast . She is also the facilitator of the Carpe Diem Writers Group.
