Mixed Drink of the Week: Anub'arak - Trial of the Crusader (Johnnie)

Stirred Variation

1 Frosty Chilled Glass

2 Shots of your Gin (I typically use Hendricks, but tried this one I found called Ada Lovelace -- Side note it's named after a mathematician)

1 Shot of Blue Caracao

1 Shot of Straight Lemon Juice

Fill the glass with Tonic water

stir & serve topped with some blueberries or lemon wedge if desired sweetness vs. tart.

Shaken Variation

1/2 Shaker of smaller ice cubes if possible or crushed ice

2 oz of Gin

1 oz of Blue Caracao

1 oz of Straight Lemon Juice

Put Ice, Gin, Blue Curacao, and Lemon Juice into Shaker

Shake until you can see frost form on the outside of the shaker (or like 10-20 seconds, if you want to have foam, Double the recipe)

Our it all out into a glass (no Filter)

Pour and fill the remainder of whatever glass you're using with tonic water.

Optional Top with some Blueberry Preserves OR Lemon Wedge.
