Iripa is a current Physical Education Officer for the New Zealand Police and based out of the Bay of Plenty.
He shares his experiences of working with Auckland rugby and the Warriors as a strength and conditioning coach, assisting officers trying to pass their PCT and get into Police specialist groups like Armed Offender Squad.
Iripa is fluent in Te Reo and shares the language as a celebrant. He also stars in the Aroha Nui webseries on TVNZ based on Maori celebrants.
