Today’s guest is Marine Corp veteran and former Arizona firefighter of the year, Jesse Simpson. Jesse takes us on a beautiful recount of his healing journey, from suicidal ideations at the age of 7 to 20 years later drinking Ayahuasca in the jungles of Costa Rica. We talk about how integration, with any kind of experience, is paramount to getting the full benefit of that experience. Jesse talks about his experience in learning to trust the “leap of faith” and learning to realize that you will always land back on your feet.
