I’m so excited to announce that today’s episode is a crystal bowl sound healing bath. A sound bath is a relaxation technique and meditative experience whereby participants 'bathe' in the sound waves produced by giant crystal bowls. I created this episode with the intention to invoke calmness into your day. I would love for you to listen to this sound healing whilst falling asleep, during meditation, yoga, any spiritual ceremony or ritual or during any type of relaxing task. My crystal bowls are specifically tuned for each of the seven chakras, so sit back and enjoy some ‘me time’
