Claudette Rowley, R&W Homes owner, real estate investor and interior designer, has a life-long passion for transformation, houses, color, and design. As early as she can remember, color and design stimulated her, drove her choices, and motivated her self-expression.
As a child, Claudette spent hours in fabric stores selecting clothing patterns and materials. While babysitting as a young teenager, she remembers analyzing home interiors and reading fashion and home décor magazines (after the kids went to bed, of course).
With 30 years of leadership and project management experience, Claudette understands the importance of building trust-based relationships with clients, acting with integrity, and communicating with compassion. Throughout her career, she has always been designing and managing projects – training and coaching programs, organizational change processes, and business cultures. Now she applies her design and project management skills to built environments.
