Some times in our lives we feel out of control, especially in these current circumstances with the pandemic drastically changing the world around us. We all at some point in our lives will experience situations that are completely outside of our control. That can raise a lot of anxiety for us, and if you're like me, it can be extremely stressful to handle. I myself have for years and still am working on how to handle these situations effectively and how to reduce the stress and the anxiety caused by this. I have learned a great deal about this and feel like I got pretty good at managing these types of situations in a productive and positive way. That's why this week I want to share with you some tips of how YOU can do it as well. Hope this will be helpful for you!
