Jiu-jitsu professor and Doctor of Mathematics, Olivia ,gives us the break down of jiu-jitsu lineages, shares her personal background in jiu-jitsu, tells us how jiu-jitsu gypsies got started, explains her methods of training and preparing for competitions, and discusses how she dealt with injuries and surgeries.
