The Dunning Kruger Effect is a Cognitive Bias that has an effect on novice, moderate, and expert learners. It disrupts a persons ability to give themselves a genuine evaluation of their skills, and ultimately makes it hard to gauge how good you are at something.

Here I am talking to you about a cognitive bias about how good people think they are, and I have only been alive for 22 years.
