It has been the minutiest, minute my friends. But there's no better time than now to pick up what was once most precious to me. It is time to discuss where I have been, and where we are all going!
We are back baby! Lightweight baby!
I have missed all of you. Sincerely, since November of 2019, right after Thanksgiving. Times have been challenging. New job, new responsibilities, tacked onto the old ones. But like Charlie's mom said, in Charlie in the Chocolate factory, "Nothing goes better with cabbage, than cabbage." Take that analogy whichever way you want. But I am back, and instead of sitting around and playing COD WARZONE all day. I decided to be productive, and do some stuff.
So be on the lookout for all the new stuff!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING Y'ALL.
I can't stress enough how thankful I am for the opportunity to better myself and at the same time have others learn from it.
Today, on this not so special Thanksgiving Special, I go in depth on what Thanksgiving means to me, and I talk about some charitable acts that I have partaken in over the year that have made Thanksgiving all the more special.
From everyone here at the 1,000 Ways Studio, we wish you a Happy Thanksgiving, and Happy Holidays. If you spent it with family, spent it alone, or spent it with us, we hope you were filled with the love and affection you deserve.
Thank you. None of this would be possible without you.
REMEMBER ONE DAY YOU MAY, IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU DO WHEN NOONE IS LOOKING.

Today, I am joined by two of the best. The $uicidecowboy Santi, and the love of my life, the Ice Queen Bailee. Her name is explained so it doesn't sound so harsh. Today, we talk about being UNCOMMON, and having ACCOUNTABILITY.
Look, I know. I know I have been missing for about a month, I appreciate you all for sticking by the show regardless. Now that things are going back to normal, there will be more and more! HAPPY?
Accountability is incredibly important when it comes down to your core values, and how you tackle your day to day tasks. You have to sit back and think about what you are doing when no one is looking. Don't be a show pony, be a hard working pony.
ONE DAY YOU MAY.

Hello! The 1,000 Ways Podcast is back after taking about a month off! Today, I speak with my good friend, my brother, one of my mentors Abdul. The man who taught me the Compound Method. The man who got me into podcasting. The man with a plan.
Abdul was the very first person that I met when I first went to Coach B's gym, and unbeknownst to me he would soon become one of my very best friends. He has helped teach me the power of GRATITUDE, and CORE VALUES.
It has been a very stressful, and eventful month. With competition, training, the daily grind. But we perservere, and come back better! Thank you for sticking around, and for any new listeners: WELCOME!
Throughout the rest of 2019, things will get BIG. Things will get EXCITING. Things will get more ________. FILL IT IN.

Today, I am joined by a cheerleader, and a coach. A cheerleading coach who is supremely focused on the mental aspect of the sports she is involved in. Many athletes, new athletes especially have a hard time distinguishing the difference between what is wrong, and why things are going wrong. We try to tackle that on todays episode.
You may remember her from episode 4, I am joined by Megan once again. It has been a whole 6 months since we last sat one on one, and she has been through a lot of change. She is coaching competitive cheer once again, and she is somehow balancing two different types of training as well, along with work.
She definitely talks alot more than I do this episode, she is intensely passionate on the inner game, and she is right to do so, because your responsibilities as a coach aren't limited to what happens physically, but mentally as well.
I would also like to thank everyone who has helped me on my journey, and I want to make you all proud.

Most times, when people start to see the results they want, they become complacent. In reality it should be like that Queen song. The song about biting dust. You should be asking yourself what is the next result I want? What is the next result to bite the dust? What is next? Let me ask you some powerful questions, sing songs, and tell stories.
I'd like to take a minute and personally thank each and every person who has listened to the show, in some form or another. It means the world to me to know that you all believe in me, or at the same time want to see me fail. Regardless, I love the vibes. By the time you hear this episode, we will have crossed a milestone in the podcast, and I couldn't have done it without you all!
I would also like to thank everyone who has helped me on my weightlifting journey, and I intend to make you all proud!

The word on the street is, the two weary cousin cowboys have become the $uicidecowboy$. On their way westward, the two took a little detour to the land of Alaska, where they ran into a very emotional Iceberg, who wants to be a comedian.
The word of the day is discipline. Not everyone has what it takes to make it out west. Not everyone can embrace their own manifest destiny. We think you can.
Join us two $uicidecowboy$ as we ride our Irish Iceberg out west.

Please enjoy this extra episode about my many notebooks, and the many things I write in them. It is a good thing when you can simplify your thoughts into words, and then put those words on paper. Now do that, with actions.

The difference between BELIEVING and KNOWING, comes from the end result.
When you believe, your end game, your goal, your result has the ability to surprise you by going either way. When you know, it won't go the other way. You get the result you came looking for.
I yell a couple times in this episode, out of passion. So I would listen to this at 3/4 volume for the first 10 minutes! Thank you for understanding!

The continuation of our date with the Italian Stallion. We are half-way through discussing the film, and in this episode we will get to the really important moments in the film. We break down the most pivotal moments, like the training montage, the days leading up to the fight, Mickey and Rocky's relationship, and Going the Distance.
Once again, I would like to thank everyone that has been so patiently waiting for these episodes. This is just the first movie, and we have 6 more to go.
Go the distance, stay hard, and be easy.
