There needs to be a standard for men.

We will talk about our feelings instead of burying them.
We will hold women in the highest regard — no debate.
We will take care of ourselves mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
And we will forgive ourselves.

Not just for us — but for everyone who loves us, and everyone whose life we haven’t even impacted yet.

We are worth the standard.
We need the standard.
Because we must be the standard.
