Do you even know what your "Best" looks like?

Well, how are you gonna be something when you've got no clue what you're looking for?

I don't think anyone wants to be mediocre. But its hard to put in your best performance when standards aren't in place and you're too worried about your best being good enough for anyone other than you.

Y'all.

Sometimes the thing that sucks can turn out to be the least suckiest thing in your life. The curse can become a gift; and vice versa.

Sometimes you gotta go lookin' for it. Other times, its starring you right in the face. In either case, don't get too hung up on either - because sudden change has an undefeated record. lol And a sense of humor.

Regrets get a bad rep.

I mean, are they comfortable? Not really.

Are they frustrating? Perhaps.

Are they Universal? Absolutely... So clearly you're not alone.

I might be a bit difficult to think of Regrets as teachers and clarifiers. But they are more than just that thing from your past you don't like to think about.

We give Regrets a bad reputation. But if we sit with them, sift through them, and send them away, we may find cause to change that.

Its all over! The World Cup is Done.

What a wild ride. The small countries making a big impact. The on field decisions, phone-call-interference, and off the field unity! What a time!

And then there was Belgium vs. USA.

We took the L, but i think there's more we can take from what we all watched (for as long as we could before we turned the channel or exited the bars, watch parties, and stadiums).
