Tony is a former CWU grad and an overall amazing human being.  Tony works at a company that creates, incubates and commercializes impactful inventions solving amazing complex problems.  He is around some of the smartest people in the world and gets to share so many of these experiences with his two kids!   Tony and I were introduced to each other through his wife Angy, who I met through some board work we do at Central Washington University.   In this episode, we learn more about how Tony thinks and he shares some amazing wisdom. He talks about his 21-day habit plan with his son and also talks about how he and his wife are working hard to ensure his kids aren’t entitled in such a world where kids have access to so many things.
