Sarah Brook, is a Yoga Teacher, Mala creator, dance teacher, super mom, and a great friend of mine. As a long time contributor to her personal diary, Sarah is now taking the lead to share her stories through blog, in hopes that it will take away the stigma that we should not express our emotions or ideas. As an example for her kids and for many more people around her, I am inspired and proud to see her step into this new light.
