Slava Goloubov is a movement educator of many talents. Trained under some of the best teachers around the world, he has gathered a great amount of experience in the art of physical movement and converted it into a deep knowledge that he applies to his daily life. "Movement Flow" is his newest project and is the first of its kind, continuing to fuel his passion to explore what Slava so aptly calls playful education. I'm very grateful to call him a friend and have profound memories with him in my life. To many more!

Sarah Brook, is a Yoga Teacher, Mala creator, dance teacher, super mom, and a great friend of mine. As a long time contributor to her personal diary, Sarah is now taking the lead to share her stories through blog, in hopes that it will take away the stigma that we should not express our emotions or ideas. As an example for her kids and for many more people around her, I am inspired and proud to see her step into this new light.

James Hoffele, is an environmental social scientist and consultant. We sat down to talk about local hiking trails, ongoing projects in BC, like the Garibaldi At Squamish, local fisheries making a comeback in Prince Rupert, and much much more. I truly admire and love James, and it was a pleasure to converse with him. Enjoy!
Jeremy Vaughan, is a personal trainer, movement coach & specialist, and a leader in his community. Beginning to speak publicly about his time in prison in the U.S.A, as a young adult, Jeremy is revealing how being incarcerated shaped his mentality on life, and inspired his journey. This was a very inspiring conversation and I'm grateful to know him. I hope you enjoy listening.

Today's guest is a fan favorite for many reasons. We got to discuss all sorts of things, primarily, kids returning to school in these covid times and furthermore, life as a whole in the age of now. I had a lot of fun doing this and it was such a joy to share the mic with the one and only, one of my best friends, Merrill Kost.
Joe Faccone, is a long-standing resident of Metro Vancouver, business owner, father of the century, and an all around great man. He has a rich history, and I very much enjoyed listening to the stories of his life. It was a great pleasure to sit down with Joe, and I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I do.
"The need to swipe, the question of what to watch next, the anticipation of dinner, right after lunch, dispels. It just fades away."
On the road, I take a moment to record a short episode to speak a little bit about my experience camping in the bush, witnessing a majestic and powerful thunderstorm, and what I very much enjoy of being off the beaten path.
