22 year old Sian O'Callaghan disappeared on her way home from a nightclub in Swindon, Wiltshire, England in March of 2011. Her body was later found and taxi driver Christopher Halliwell was arrested after being the last person seen with Sian via CCTV footage. Halliwell also led police to the remains of Becky Godden who had been missing for 8 years. However, a detective's choices resulted in some difficulty with prosecuting these cases.
