This week on the podcast, Tammi and Sondra welcome Shelley Richanbach. Shelley is a certified drug and alcohol counselor and an expressive arts educator in the San Francisco Bay Area. They talk about the impact expressive arts have had on Shelley’s recovery and how she uses her knowledge and experience to guide and support women. Shelley is also the associate producer of The Creative High, a soon-to-be-released documentary about artists’ stories of addiction and recovery.
