I almost didn't release a podcast episode this week and felt the need to share another solo episode with you all to express some things that have shaped my outlook on 2025, after a crisis situation took over the entire forefront of my personal and professional life. I remind you all of  the importance of showing up for yourself just as much as you may show up others. I share the "5 S's" as action steps towards nourishment in the form of stillness, slowing down, setting boundaries, and self-care I hope this episode encourages you to invest in your own self-care, set realistic goals, and create a positive impact on your life and those around you.
